Terms & Conditions: Build Beyond: Wealth & Growth Event
Effective: 1 June, 2025
By purchasing a ticket to the Build Beyond: Wealth & Growth Event (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Access & Inclusions
This is a virtual event hosted online across 3 days. General Admission includes live access to the event sessions except for the session by Cherie Clonan. Access includes live access, except Cherie Clonan + extended replay access to sessions, except Cherie Clonan and any additional bonuses stated at purchase. All access details (including links, times, and speaker lineup) will be emailed prior to the event. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and regularly checked email address.
2. Ticket Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)and include GST where applicable. Early bird pricing and any promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at the organiser’s discretion.
3. Refunds & Transfers
Due to the digital nature of the event and limited access capacity, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the live event, VIP ticket holders will retain access to the replays for a limited time (as outlined at purchase).Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organiser.
4. Speaker Lineup & Program Changes
While we aim to deliver the full advertised lineup, the organiser reserves the right to make changes to speakers, sessions, or scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updates or changes will be communicated via email and/or inside the designated event platform.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Attendees agree to:
Be kind, respectful, and open-minded during sessions and community discussions. Refrain from abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All event materials, session recordings, slides, and related content are protected by copyright. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of content outside the registered attendee(s) is prohibited unless express written permission is given.
7. Privacy
By registering, you agree to receive email communications relating to the event. For VIP access, you constent for your details to be shared with The Digital Picnic for access to Cherie Clonan session and replay access. Your information will never be sold or shared than stated.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails.
8. Marketing and Press Release
By attending this event, you consent to the organiser recording or photographing parts of the event (including screen captures). These may include your name, voice, comments, or image if shared via camera, chat, or interaction.
These materials may be used by the organiser for future marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising.
If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, it is your responsibility to turn off your camera and refrain from using your full name or sharing identifiable information during public interactions.
